Labels - File Does Not Exist [Top]
If the labels.txt and labels.bak files do not exist in the same directory as the labels.php file, you cannot access the labels. For security purposes, the program will not create the files for you.

Labels - File Permissions Incorrect [Top]
If the labels.txt and labels.bak files do not have the correct permissions, you cannot access the labels. The files must be readable and writable by all. For security purposes, the program will not alter the permissions for you.

Label Manager [Top]
Labels must contain between 1 and 16 characters. Characters may only be letters (upper or lower case), numbers, dashes, and spaces. Labels that match existing labels are also invalid entries, unless using the Rename command. (see below) Excess spaces (i.e. - spaces at the beginning or end of a label name, or multiple contiguous spaces) will be removed automatically.

To delete one or more labels, select the checkbox next to the label(s) you wish to delete, and select Delete.

To rename one or more labels, select the checkbox next to the label(s) you wish to rename, enter the new label name into the Rename text box, and select Rename. Duplicate labels will be merged into one label by the same name.

The Undo command allows users to undo the last Delete or Rename command. Once a Create command is executed, Undo becomes unavailable until the next Delete or Rename.
